Zach joined the firm in December of 2021 and is currently a Vice President on the Pease Capital Advisors team. He is a 2020 graduate of Kenyon College, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
In his current role, Zach focuses on buy-side M&A advisory and proprietary deal sourcing for private equity firms, family offices, and strategic buyers. His work centers on partnering with privately held business owners to identify acquisition opportunities and guide transactions from initial outreach through closing. This includes industry research, target identification, direct owner conversations, relationship development, and supporting clients through negotiation and execution. Zach works across a wide range of industries and specializes in sourcing proprietary, off-market opportunities to help clients execute their acquisition strategies.
Prior to joining Pease Capital Advisors in 2021, Zach worked in executive recruiting, where he partnered with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to place mid-management through C-suite talent. That background strongly informs his approach to sourcing and relationship-building, particularly when engaging business owners and senior executives.
PERSONAL LIFE
Zach lives in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys golfing, skiing, Cleveland Browns football, and playing sand volleyball in his free time.
