Florence joined Pease Bell in 2025 as a Tax Manager, bringing with her several years of experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. Prior to joining the firm, Florence worked majority with high net-worth individuals and their closely-held family businesses, where she specialized in multi-state filings and tax plannings on wide variety of industries. During her career, Florence had also served as a LB&I Revenue Agent at the Internal Revenue Service, where she gained valuable insight into Federal tax law, audit procedures and regulatory compliance.
Education
Florence is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her B.B.A. degree in Accounting from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Florence is a regular volunteer at the Arkansas Food Bank and her community. Her well-rounded experience across both public accounting and government sectors positions her to deliver strategic, compliant and value-driven tax solutions.
