As the firm’s recruiter Talent Acquisition Manager , Tammy’s streamlined focus and forward-thinking approach instill confidence in Pease Bell CPAs for continuous upward growth, not only today but also in the future. Prior to joining the firm, Tammy served as a General Manager for a local staffing agency, developing professional relationships in the greater Cleveland and Akron markets.

Tammy actively contributes to the professional community by serving on the Tri-Business Advisory Council. Her core competencies include new business development, talent acquisition, staffing solutions, relationship building, sales training, and motivation. She create and execute innovative recruiting and sales strategies that align with the firm’s goals and values and that deliver value-added solutions for different CPA verticals and a growing customer base. Tammy was also recently recognized by LinkedIn as being a top 25% recruiter.
PERSONAL LIFE
Outside of her professional commitments, Tammy enjoys walking in the outdoors and practicing yoga. A fun fact about Tammy is that she was once featured in a local cable commercial.
