FOCUS
John advises clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions with a focus on quality of earnings, purchase price adjustments, closing procedures, and working capital requirements. Throughout his career, he has served clients in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and construction. John is a 2015 graduate of Youngstown State University holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
In 2024, he was recognized as a 25 Under 35 Mahoning Valley Young Professional. He is actively involved in the Mahoning Valley and serves as the vice president of the Friends of the Rich Center for Autism board.
PERSONAL LIFE
John, his wife Jenna, and their daughter Sophia live in Youngstown, Ohio. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling to various college sporting events.
