Mark E. Noble, CPA

Mark, an integral member of Pease Bell CPAs since 1990, leads the Healthcare Audit functions within the firm’s Assurance Services Practice.

FOCUS
Mark’s extensive experience includes proficiency in audits and accounting services for long-term care entities, Government Auditing Standards, and overseeing Single Audits under the Uniform Guidance. Mark is also well-versed in United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) auditMark serves as the engagement partner on numerous audit, review, and agreed-upon procedures engagements for healthcare, nonprofit, and other governmentally-supported entities across the country with a concentration in the long-term care industry.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Actively involved in various organizations, Mark currently serves as Treasurer for the Cleveland Print Room. For several years Mark was a member of the United Way of Greater Cleveland Health Impact Team and he has served on the Board of Directors and several committees of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the United States Green Building Council. Volunteering at organizations like Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland, Doan Brook Watershed Partnership, and MedWish International, Mark is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

EDUCATION
Mark earned magna cum laude honors with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He holds the title of Certified Public Accountant.
