Allison is currently the Firm’s Controller. Since joining Pease & Associates in 2007, she continues to develop and grow with the Firm.
FOCUS
Allison oversees the overall financial health of the Firm. She manages financial operations and internal accounting, including metrics analysis, budget planning, financial reporting, employee payroll, and 401(k) plan administration.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Allison has a passion for financial responsibility, and supports several student education programs, including Junior Achievement and the Student Savers program. Allison enjoys helping others and is a supporter of The Adopt a Family Holiday program and participates in charity walks and 5K events for local non-profit organizations.
EDUCATION
Allison attended Baldwin-Wallace University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, focusing her studies on all aspects of business management, including finance, human resource administration, and employment law.
Outside of work, Allison enjoys painting pottery, interior design, and bike riding with her husband and daughter. A fun fact is that she is a proud graduate of the FBI National Academy Youth Leadership Program and was the first student from the state of Ohio to complete the program.
