Allison, currently serving as the firm’s Controller, has been an integral part of Pease Bell CPAs since 2007, showcasing continuous development and growth within the organization.
FOCUS
In her role, Allison spearheads the oversight of the firm’s overall financial health. Her responsibilities encompass managing financial operations and internal accounting, including metrics analysis, budget planning, financial reporting, employee payroll, and 401(k) plan administration.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
With a deep passion for financial responsibility, Allison actively supports student education programs like Junior Achievement and the Student Savers program. Committed to helping others, she is a supporter of The Adopt a Family Holiday program and participates in charity walks and 5K events for local non-profit organizations.
EDUCATION
Allison attended Baldwin-Wallace University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Her studies covered all aspects of business management, including finance, human resource administration, and employment law.
PERSONAL LIFE
Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling, interior and fashion design, and time with her daughter. A notable fun fact is that she is a proud graduate of the FBI National Academy Youth Leadership Program, being the first student from the state of Ohio to complete the program.
