Since the start of Lindsay's career, she has performed and managed reviews and audits for clients in a variety of industries. Over the past few years, she devoted a significant amount of time to audits of HUD entities and nonprofits.

Lindsay currently serves as the treasurer for the Rocky River Women's Club and the Rocky River Assistance Program. Lindsay is also a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lindsay graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specializations in accounting and finance from Bowling Green State University. Lindsay continued by education at BGSU in order to earn her Master of Accountancy with a specialization. Lindsay is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Lindsay loves to spend time with her husband, their son and mini goldendoodle.

Jen has focused her career of delivering quality tax advice concentrating on personal, business, state, and local taxes. She spends a majority of her time working with closely held businesses and their owners in several industries, including professional services, manufacturing, health care and distribution. She is passionate about finding the best solutions for her clients focusing on tax research and planning.

Jen is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Women Accountants and the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes. Additionally, Jen is a volunteering member of the PKD Foundation of Northeast Ohio.

Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with concentration in Accounting and Finance from Baldwin Wallace University with cum laude distinction. She earned a Masters in Taxation in 2003 from the University of Akron. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jen can often be found enjoying the outdoors. She and her husband have three young energetic children.

Kuno's clients can be found throughout the US. Kuno and his team produce tax returns for clients that are built on up-to-date knowledge of the Internal Revenue Service tax code and case law. Kuno's portfolio includes partnerships, limited liability corporations and sectors including nursing homes, real estate, manufacturing and export sales.

As a respected voice in the accounting industry, Kuno's most recent authorship is "Tax Subsidies and Export Sales," published as the cover story in The Journal of Taxation.

Kuno earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio, where he earned magna cum laude distinction. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Kuno is an avid long distance runner and has successfully completed several half marathons.

During his time at Pease Bell CPAs, Dan has worked in numerous industries and specializes in providing assurance and consulting services to clients primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, professional service, and employee benefit plan industries. Dan also has experience working with clients owned by private equity and enjoys researching and working through complex transactions.

Dan is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys traveling with his wife, playing guitar and piano, going to concerts, cheering on all the Cleveland sports teams, playing soccer, and rowing.

With a diverse background covering corporate, partnership, and state and local tax compliance, Sherri currently dedicates a substantial portion of her time to closely held nursing home groups. Leveraging her extensive experience, she excels in tax planning and compliance.

Committed to professional growth, Sherri is an active member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs.

Sherri graduated from Cleveland State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Her commitment to excellence led her to become a certified public accountant in 2013.

Jenn has worked in the marketing and event planning professions for over five years. She is a 2018 graduate of Kent State University holding a Bachelor's in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. She graduated top of her class receiving the honor of Gonfalon Bearer and was Kent State's 100th Homecoming Queen. In October of 2020, she joined Pease Bell CPAs.

While at Pease Bell CPAs, some of Jenn's highlights include overseeing an office redesign, organizing multiple charity golf outings which have raised over twenty five thousand dollars for Akron Children's Hospital (where she is a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee), and leading campus recruiting efforts throughout Ohio. In 2020, she was awarded a Top 25 Under 35 North East Ohio Mover and Shaker. She also helped plan three Female Entrepreneur Summits in Cleveland with each totaling over 500 attendees.

In Jenn's spare time she enjoys visiting National Parks, yoga, and hiking with her husband and rescued pitbull (Buck).

In his professional role, Russ specializes in closely held manufacturers and distributors. His expertise shines in providing technical guidance on complex transactions related to business structures and acquisitions of privately held businesses.

Russ holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is an alumnus of the 2013 class of Torchbearers and a member of Class 38 of Leadership Akron.

Maintaining a strong connection to his roots, Russ spends time at his family farm, hunting and spending time with his family.

Kathy brings over 30 years of experience in small business accounting and taxation. She has been a leader in business, and has over 15 years of experience in business management having worked in both logistics and manufacturing industries prior to starting her career in public accounting. Kathy's focus is in serving as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses providing tax and accounting services, as well as business consulting.

Kathy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Kathy is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

In 1987, Kathy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University where she majored in accounting. She has been a certified public accountant since 1993.

Chuck's clients represent a cross-section of Northeast Ohio privately-held companies and their owners. Chuck and his team specialize in tax research, tax planning and projections in the areas of income tax, estate tax, qualified employer plans and merger and acquisition transactions.

Active participation in the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants along with his long-standing membership with the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland keeps Chuck involved and connected to the accounting profession. He has co-authored articles that were published in the Tax Adviser and Accounting Today.

Chuck was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. He holds a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Akron, Ohio and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Chuck and his wife reside in Highland Heights where they enjoy rooting for their favorite college and professional sports teams.

Zach joined the firm in December of 2021 and is currently a Senior Associate on our Pease Capital Advisors team. Zach is a 2020 graduate of Kenyon College holding a bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology.

In his current role Zach has excelled at working with privately held companies to source strategic acquisitions. Conducting industry research, identifying viable acquisition targets, conducting target outreach, facilitating meetings, and helping clients negotiate to the close of a deal are all part of his responsibilities. Zach has worked with clients across a multitude of industries on the buy-side to help meet their acquisition goals. Before joining the firm Zach was an executive recruiter specializing in recruiting mid management to c-suite level professionals for Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Zach currently lives in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys golfing, skiing, watching the Cleveland Browns, and playing sand volleyball in his free time.

During the 5 years preceding her tenure at Pease Bell CPAs, Sarah worked in industry for a large manufacturing, retail, distribution, and real estate business. Her responsibilities included preparing and reviewing tax returns in-house, with a particular focus on state and local income and franchise taxes. Her client portfolio primarily encompasses the same industries, but she also brings experience with private foundations, 501(c)(3) organizations, hotels, and various other sectors.

Actively involved in professional organizations, Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has previously served on the Board of Directors for A Hope to Dream and Coulee Region Professional Women.

In 2014, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Winona State University in Winona Minnesota. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2016.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Sarah finds joy in watching her fiancé's band play local gigs, snuggling with their three dogs, and working remotely from her she-shed in Fountain City, Wisconsin.

Todd provides guidance and expertise to clients in a variety of industries, including distribution, real estate, professional services and employee benefit plans. He seeks first to understand the specific challenges facing business owners and then leverages his broad experience and the immense resources of the firm to deliver value-added solutions to clients. He enjoys teaching and strives to educate clients on accounting and tax issues throughout all phases of an engagement.

Actively engaged in professional organizations, Todd is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He also contributes to the University of Akron School of Accountancy Advisory Board.

Todd graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant shortly thereafter. After spending six years learning the ropes in public accounting and one year broadening his professional capabilities with a commercial real estate development and property management company, he relocated to Northeast Ohio in 2002. Todd joined Pease Bell CPAs as a partner in 2017 following a merger with Levin Swedler Kennedy.

Todd lives in Copley with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys traveling, family hikes in the Summit County Metro Parks, golf, running, and rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes and Iowa State Cyclones.

Amy's dedicated efforts revolve around assisting multi-generational high net worth families and their closely held businesses. Her expertise lies in addressing income, trust, gift, and estate tax planning issues.

Amy's contributions to professional literature include co-authoring several articles featured in regional and national publications.

Amy earned her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Miami University. Expanding her knowledge, she obtained both a Juris Doctor degree and a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Akron. Amy is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Amy and her husband enjoy nature walks at the Holden Arboretum and participating in cultural activities offered in the Playhouse Square district.

Madison's focus is on high-level tax controversies and provides clients with advice in tax planning and compliance. Her understanding and experience with the Internal Revenue Code and case law allows her to provide her clients guidance with complex tax issues.

Madison is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar.

Madison graduated from Wright State University with her bachelor's degree in 2019. She also received her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2022. She has been a licensed attorney since 2022.

Grady has focused his entire career in the intersection of Tax Law and Tax Compliance where he provides guidance on navigating complex tax issues. He counsels privately owned businesses on all matters of federal, state, and local tax compliance, including tax planning and multi-million-dollar tax controversy resolution.

Grady is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Grady earned his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State College of Law. Grady received his Bachelors in Arts in Public Administration from Miami University with minors in Business Legal Studies and General Business.

Matt brings extensive experience, specializing in providing assurance and consulting services to privately held businesses and employee benefit plans. His client portfolio spans diverse industries, including distribution, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, and professional services.

Matthew is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. Currently serving as a Loan Review Committee Member for Akron's Cascade Capital Corporation.

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Bowling Green State University. Continuing his educational journey, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Matthew resides in Stow, Ohio, with his wife and two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and pretending he can still play a variety of sports at a competitive level.

Bringing over twenty-five years of experience, Rob specializes in addressing the accounting and auditing needs of middle-market companies throughout Northeastern Ohio. His expertise encompasses the development and execution of audit and review procedures, internal control reviews, and buy-side due diligence projects.

Rob is actively involved in various professional organizations, holding membership in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting degree from John Carroll University. Holding the title of Certified Public Accountant since 2000, he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to professional excellence.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Rob finds joy in attending sporting events and engaging in various activities with his wife and three children.

Prior to joining our firm, Ron spent over 13 years with BDO (via acquisition of SS&G Financial Services) primarily focusing on transaction advisory and audit services. At Pease, CPAs, Ron leads both transaction advisory and audit teams while providing these respective services to our vast client base.

Ron is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting degree from Kent State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Cleveland State University. Ron has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2015.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University in 2003 and her MBA from Cleveland State University in 2005. Continuing her education journey, she obtained a Masters of Taxation degree from the University of Akron in 2012

Beyond her professional role, Kathleen finds joy in traveling and is an avid long-distance runner, having successfully completed numerous 5K, 10K, and 5-mile races.

Mark's extensive experience includes proficiency in audits and accounting services for long-term care entities, Government Auditing Standards, and overseeing Single Audits under the Uniform Guidance. Mark is also well-versed in United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) auditMark serves as the engagement partner on numerous audit, review, and agreed-upon procedures engagements for healthcare, nonprofit, and other governmentally-supported entities across the country with a concentration in the long-term care industry.

Actively involved in various organizations, Mark currently serves as Treasurer for the Cleveland Print Room. For several years Mark was a member of the United Way of Greater Cleveland Health Impact Team and he has served on the Board of Directors and several committees of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the United States Green Building Council. Volunteering at organizations like Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland, Doan Brook Watershed Partnership, and MedWish International, Mark is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mark earned magna cum laude honors with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo. He holds the title of Certified Public Accountant.

In her role, Allison spearheads the oversight of the firm's overall financial health. Her responsibilities encompass managing financial operations and internal accounting, including metrics analysis, budget planning, financial reporting, employee payroll, and 401(k) plan administration.

With a deep passion for financial responsibility, Allison actively supports student education programs like Junior Achievement and the Student Savers program. Committed to helping others, she is a supporter of The Adopt a Family Holiday program and participates in charity walks and 5K events for local non-profit organizations.

Allison attended Baldwin-Wallace University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Her studies covered all aspects of business management, including finance, human resource administration, and employment law.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys traveling, interior and fashion design, and time with her daughter. A notable fun fact is that she is a proud graduate of the FBI National Academy Youth Leadership Program, being the first student from the state of Ohio to complete the program.

With a thorough understanding of the needs of the firm's clients, Joe works closely with business owners, advising them on the acquisition and sale of businesses, succession planning, business valuation, corporate tax planning, executive pay plans, and other matters. His clients represent industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, automobile dealers, and service businesses. In addition, Joe sits on the advisory board of four locally based companies. Joe is also a co-author of "Mergers and Acquisitions for Distributors, Expert Advice for Buyers and Sellers" published in 2015 by the National Association of Wholesale Distributors.

Joe is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. At 29, he was the youngest chairman of the Tax Division of CPAmerica, Inc. International and currently serves as an advisory member of its board. He has authored and co-authored articles for industry publications. Joe has also served as the President of Columbia Hills Country Club and was a member of its board for seven years. Joe is currently on the board and Treasurer of the Shoreby Club.

Joe is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He has authored and co-authored articles for industry publications. David's role as Managing Director with Pease Capital Advisors includes directing the day to day operations and leading client relationships. He also plays a pivotal role in evaluating client opportunities, term sheet preparation, and negotiations.

David also serves as the COO for Pease Bell CPAs.

David attended Kent State University where he graduated with a B.B.A. in Business and Finance. David also attended Baldwin Wallace University where he received his M.B.A.

As the firm's recruiter Talent Acquisition Manager , Tammy's streamlined focus and forward-thinking approach instill confidence in Pease Bell CPAs for continuous upward growth, not only today but also in the future. Prior to joining the firm, Tammy served as a General Manager for a local staffing agency, developing professional relationships in the greater Cleveland and Akron markets.

Tammy actively contributes to the professional community by serving on the Tri-Business Advisory Council. Her core competencies include new business development, talent acquisition, staffing solutions, relationship building, sales training, and motivation. She create and execute innovative recruiting and sales strategies that align with the firm's goals and values and that deliver value-added solutions for different CPA verticals and a growing customer base. Tammy was also recently recognized by LinkedIn as being a top 25% recruiter.

Outside of her professional commitments, Tammy enjoys walking in the outdoors and practicing yoga. A fun fact about Tammy is that she was once featured in a local cable commercial.

Tim excels in overseeing engagements like SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, HITRUST, and CMMC. His expertise extends to advising clients on leveraging controls for efficiency and maintaining compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Tim is particularly skilled in scoping and auditing cloud-based SaaS solutions hosted by third parties, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and other datacenter colocation facilities. Tim's extensive experience spans clients worldwide, ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to those with over $5 billion in annual revenue. Holding certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he excels in auditing various systems and operations, leveraging his interest in technology and process automation for efficiency. Tim's in-depth understanding of legal and regulatory compliance requirements allows him to provide businesses with efficient guidance for achieving satisfactory compliance in the shortest possible time.

Tim is an active member of the AICPA, OHCPA, and ISACA professional organizations and serves as a member of the Leadership Council for the Cleveland Leadership Center.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a co-major in Business Analytics from Miami University.

Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant, who has been a member of the practice since 2018. He has a strong background in providing accounting, auditing, and consulting services in industries spanning across hospitality, healthcare, and non-profits.

Ryan has extensive experience working with health care providers which includes preparation of Medicaid and Medicare cost reports and Change of Operator applications in the state of Ohio. He also specializes in benchmarking, data analysis, and financial reporting.

Ryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron.

Mark and his team focus on assurance services for closely-held business and corporations in Northeast Ohio. These services include financial statement reviews, compilations and full audits. Mark conducts CPAmerica International-sponsored peer reviews, and is past-chair of the CPAmerica International CPE Executive Committee.

Mark is committed to the development of newer Pease associates and spearheads the firm's mentoring and internal training programs.

Mark can often be found cheering for local sports teams. He and his wife have two children currently attending college.

Beth specializes in providing accounting and assurance services to HUD real estate properties, health and human organizations, and non-profit organizations.

Active in her professional community, Beth is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, she serves as the Treasurer for Fieldstone Farms Therapeutic Riding Center.

Beth graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business, accounting degree from Wright State University. She furthered her education, earning a Master's of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.

Beth, alongside her husband, is raising two daughters.

Joe began his career in 2005 with a multi-national firm and brought his experience to Pease Bell in 2010. Since then, Joe has worked on a diverse client base focusing primarily on manufacturing/distribution, real estate and employee benefit plans. Joe assists in training and developing curriculum within the firm and enjoys mentoring and developing young professionals.

Joe is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served as treasurer for several not-for-profit organizations.

Joe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2007.

Joe and his wife Kym live in Olmsted Falls, Ohio where they are raising their four children. Joe enjoys coaching his kids' sports teams, playing soccer and hockey, and going on adventurous hikes.

In the early stages of Kevin's career, he has performed and managed accounting and assurance, and consulting services for clients in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and construction. Kevin has extensive experience in the healthcare industry with a concentration in the long-term care industry.

Kevin is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kevin graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2014 with a Masters of Business Administration focusing on Accounting. Kevin has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2016.

Kevin resides in Copley, Ohio with his wife and dog where they can often be found outdoors or cheering on their beloved Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes.

Having owned and managed all operations of his family business for many years, Alex has the expertise to act as a controller to many of the firm's business clients. As leader of the Accounting & Tax Group, Alex focuses on providing closely held businesses with accounting services, financial consulting and tax planning. Alex has also developed an expertise in the real estate industry, working with commercial and residential property owners in tax planning and structuring, deal financing assistance, investment analysis, forecasts and projections. He has also developed a specialization in tax incentive programs for the film production industry.

Alex is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has also served on the Board of Trustees of Lake Erie College.

Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Lake Erie College. Alex has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2001.

Alex and his family enjoy traveling and can often be found skiing and biking with his wife and three children.

A main focus of Chris' is the long term care and healthcare industries, where he plays a pivotal role in managing this growing industry practice within the firm. In addition, Chris heads up the firm's employee benefit plan audit practice area, and is also a certified fraud examiner where he conducts and oversees fraud investigations when a client need arises.

Chris currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board of The Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland.

Chris is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration accounting degree. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Fran has more than 34 years of experience providing tax and financial services to both individuals and closely held businesses.

Fran received her B.S. Accountancy from The University of Akron

Carol has a specialization in tax compliance for partnership and S corporation entities as well as the owners' individual income tax returns, Carol provides tax expertise and personalized consulting to entrepreneurs and their businesses in a variety of industries including service, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and direct marketing.

Carol is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs (OSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). As an almost lifelong inner-city Cleveland resident, Carol is passionate about the city and various causes specifically addressing hunger and homelessness. Carol also regularly lends her support to Junior Achievement and is an active volunteer for the St. Augustine Hunger Center.

Carol received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with honors from Miami University and her Master of Business Administration degree from John Carroll University.

In addition to the Tax Advisory Services activities, Chris focuses on providing due diligence for business acquisitions, and income and estate planning for high net worth individuals.

Chris regularly attends and participates in national tax seminars, including the CPAmerica Tax Conference, the New York University Institute on Federal Taxation, and the Southern Federal Tax Institute. He is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Chris is a past trustee of the YMCA branch located in Parma, Ohio.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio. He earned a Master of Taxation degree at the University of Akron and is a Certified Public Accountant.

When Chris and his family aren't busy with school activities and functions, he finds time to golf with friends.

Joel is a key member of our HUD audit group, primarily serving entities that own nursing home facilities with HUD-insured mortgages under Section 232. He also extends his services to apartment complexes with HUD-insured mortgages and contributes to various projects in our healthcare group.

Joel's commitment to professional growth extends to his active involvement with various professional organizations. He currently channels his passion as a volunteer fundraiser for Make-A-Wish Michigan, participating annually in the Wish A Mile-a three-day, 300+ mile bicycle tour through Michigan's lower peninsula that raises funds to grant wishes for Michigan children facing life-threatening conditions. Joel is also a regular American Red Cross platelets donor and has served on the Jewish Historical Society of Michigan's board of directors since 2022.

Joel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He holds the title of Michigan Certified Public Accountant.

Joel and his wife have two adult children. An avid supporter of all Detroit sports teams, Joel spends most of the warmer months riding his bike.

Matt joined Pease Bell CPAs in October of 2022 and is currently a Director in the Assurance Services department. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Matt graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and continued his studies at Akron with a Master of Science in Accounting.

Throughout Matt's career he has performed audits, reviews, and other attest work in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate, and employee benefit plans. More recently, Matt has developed an expertise in audits of Independent Mortgage Banks. Matt also has extensive experience working with clients owned by Private Equity and in accounting for business combinations.

Matt lives in Copley, Ohio with his wife, son, and two dogs, and volunteers at the Akron-Canton Foodbank.
