LINDSAY JOINED THE ASSURANCE SERVICES TEAM AT PEASE BELL CPAS IN 2010 AFTER GRADUATING FROM BOWLING GREEN STATE UNIVERSITY WITH HER MASTERS OF ACCOUNTANCY.
FOCUS

Since the start of Lindsay's career, she has performed and managed reviews and audits for clients in a variety of industries. Over the past few years, she devoted a significant amount of time to audits of HUD entities and nonprofits.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Lindsay currently serves as the treasurer for the Rocky River Women's Club and the Rocky River Assistance Program. Lindsay is also a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

EDUCATION

Lindsay graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specializations in accounting and finance from Bowling Green State University. Lindsay continued by education at BGSU in order to earn her Master of Accountancy with a specialization. Lindsay is also a Certified Public Accountant.

She spends a majority of her time working with closely held businesses and their owners in several industries, including professional services, manufacturing, health care and distribution. She is passionate about finding the best solutions for her clients focusing on tax research and planning.

Kuno's clients can be found throughout the US. Kuno and his team produce tax returns for clients that are built on up-to-date knowledge of the Internal Revenue Service tax code and case law. Kuno's portfolio includes partnerships, limited liability corporations and sectors including nursing homes, real estate, manufacturing and export sales.

As a respected voice in the accounting industry, Kuno's most recent authorship is "Tax Subsidies and Export Sales," published as the cover story in The Journal of Taxation.

Kuno earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio. He holds a Juris Doctorate from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Cleveland, Ohio, where he earned magna cum laude distinction. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Jenn has worked in the marketing and event planning professions for over five years. She is a 2018 graduate of Kent State University holding a Bachelor's in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. She graduated top of her class receiving the honor of Gonfalon Bearer and was Kent State's 100th Homecoming Queen. In October of 2020, she joined Pease Bell CPAs.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

While at Pease Bell CPAs, some of Jenn's highlights include overseeing an office redesign, organizing multiple charity golf outings which have raised over twenty five thousand dollars for Akron Children's Hospital (where she is a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee), and leading campus recruiting efforts throughout Ohio. In 2020, she was awarded a Top 25 Under 35 North East Ohio Mover and Shaker. She also helped plan three Female Entrepreneur Summits in Cleveland with each totaling over 500 attendees.

In Jenn's spare time she enjoys visiting National Parks, yoga, and hiking with her husband and rescued pitbull (Buck).

Zach joined the firm in December of 2021 and is currently a Senior Associate on our Pease Capital Advisors team. Zach is a 2020 graduate of Kenyon College holding a bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

In his current role Zach has excelled at working with privately held companies to source strategic acquisitions. Conducting industry research, identifying viable acquisition targets, conducting target outreach, facilitating meetings, and helping clients negotiate to the close of a deal are all part of his responsibilities. Zach has worked with clients across a multitude of industries on the buy-side to help meet their acquisition goals. Before joining the firm Zach was an executive recruiter specializing in recruiting mid management to c-suite level professionals for Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Zach currently lives in Cleveland, Ohio and enjoys golfing, skiing, watching the Cleveland Browns, and playing sand volleyball in his free time.

During the 5 years preceding her tenure at Pease Bell CPAs, Sarah worked in industry for a large manufacturing, retail, distribution, and real estate business. Her responsibilities included preparing and reviewing tax returns in-house, with a particular focus on state and local income and franchise taxes. Her client portfolio primarily encompasses the same industries, but she also brings experience with private foundations, 501(c)(3) organizations, hotels, and various other sectors.

For several years Mark was a member of the United Way of Greater Cleveland Health Impact Team and he has served on the Board of Directors and several committees of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the United States Green Building Council.
