Joined Pease Bell CPAs in May 2025 after a short stint with the IRS. His 30+ year career includes over 11 years of public accounting, as well as long tenures in Investment accounting and corporate services.
FOCUS
Jorge’s career in public accounting is that of a “jack-of-all-trades”. He has worked on large companies with many subsidiaries and multi-state exposure, tiered partnerships, as well as smallbusinesses such as your neighborhood dentist. He has also worked with individuals such as children and retirees to high net-worth individuals with complex federal and state issues, nonprofit organizations, and private foundations large and small. His industry experience includes manufacturing, restaurants, breweries, law firms, medical practices, real estate, funeral homes, and local chapters of large charities.
EDUCATION
Earned a Masters Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 2009. Became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant that same year but currently only maintains a license to practice in his home state of Pennsylvania.
PERSONAL LIFE
Jorge is an avid sports fan supporting his hometown Pittsburgh teams and the Delaware Blue Hens. When he is not riding the local trails or meeting up with friends at a local restaurant or brewery, he is on his deck smoking something good like ribs, poultry, pork, or beef brisket.
